"Growing up as a chubby kid, I knew it was time to focus on my fitness when I couldn't walk up a few steps at the Grand Canyon without gasping for air. As I got older, I would find myself partaking in strength sports like Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting, with my most recent interests being Muay Thai and (short) distance running. Through these activities, I've seen all wakes of life achieve their goals and, more importantly, showcase that there is something for everyone. I want to help people discover their meaning of fitness, how they can achieve it, and how they can maintain it. Lastly, I hope Jeffery bakes for me."
